Manual Capsule Filler is suitable for filling of all above types of
capsules with powder, pellet and granules. There are different operations
mode available in Capsule Filling – Manual Mode, Semi Manual Mode and Fully
Manual Mode. Different types of machines available as per operation mode,
function and specifications.
Applications of Manual Capsule
Filler:

Fully-Manual capsule filling machine that can fill a large variety of
powder formulations into hard gelatin capsules.

The machine is formulation friendly and uses a tamping process to form the
slug that is inserted into the empty capsule.

Manual Capsule Filling Machine can be used with powders, pellets and
combination fillings.

- It has an output of 60,000 capsules per hour for powder and an output for pellets of 55,000 capsules per hour.
- Machine constructed using high quality Stainless Steel AISI SS 304 with micro switches.
- Temping system for powder filling with accuracy of ±3%.
- Machine speed and other parameters can be set on touch screen HMI.
- Gauges are provided for easy change over.
- Sensors provided for level of empty capsules & filling material.
- Control panel equipped with PLC – Programmable Logic Control, VFD – Variable Frequency Drive, and HMI touch screen.
- Capsule size and product changeover is quick and easy.
